Hours of operation
We are open for operation Monday - Thursday 8:00AM - 5:30PM and Fridays 8:00AM - 4:30PM. (We are closed on National holidays)

Meals
We provide morning snack, lunch and afternoon snack. All foods are fresh made out of fresh ingredients (No canned food). Most of the ingredients are organic from Trader Joe's, Farmer's Market or similar places.

Attendance and Absence
If your child is attending part time you cannot change the attendance schedule and substitute the missed days.
The monthly payments are due regardless of child's absence for any reason during normal facility operation time. E.g. if the grand mother of a child wants to take care of the child for 2 weeks out of 4 weeks, you are still obligated for full monthly payment.

Illness of children
We recommend you to keep your child with symptoms such as Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Severe Cough, constant running nose or any Contagious Diseases at home. The childcare policy prevents us to accept children with named symptoms to come in contact with other children.

One month notice for withdrawal
One month advanced notice is needed if you want to withdraw your child from our facility. If you have to windthrow immediately, you are still obligated to pay for missing days.

  • Thanksgiving day and the day after
  • Christmas Eve Day through January 1st

  • March 20th or 21st (First day of Spring “Persian New Year”)
  • Memorial Day
  • 4th of July

NOTE: We will be closed the days between weekends and holidays that fall on Tuesdays or Thursdays. E.g. if Veteranís day is on Tuesday, we will be closed on Monday etc. This also applies to Part timers. E.g. if your child is scheduled for Mon., Wed. and Fr., and the holiday or the day between the holiday and weekend falls on Mon., you are still financially obligated for that Monday and cannot exchange it for another day. We are not offering dynamic part time
